To assist you with the process of moving in, we have created the following checklist as a guide. Please be sure to whitelist our email domain (@rentwithblue.com) and to check your spam folder to ensure you don’t miss any of our notifications.

  • Once your application is received, please allow up to 48 hours for processing.
  • Once your application has been processed, you will receive an e-mail from us letting you know of our decision.
  • If your application has been approved, you will receive your Lease Agreement via email to email addresses provided on the application.
  • You will also receive an email providing access to our Resident Portal.
  • Again, please be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox. If it has been more than 48 hours and you have not received any notifications from us, please feel free to email [email protected] or to give us a call at 888-470-4535
  • Fully read, review, and sign the Residential Lease Agreement
  • Once your lease agreement is signed, please log into the Resident Portal in order to pay the Holding (Security) Deposit within 3 days of signing Residential Lease Agreement.
  • Once you have paid your holding deposit, the next step is to obtain Renter’s Insurance Coverage and name Blueprint Realty Management LLC as an additional insured. Please submit proof of coverage to Management at [email protected] Required Policy Minimums: $20,000 Personal Property $100,000 Liability. *You may skip this step if you’ve elected for Management to provide Rental Insurance Coverage throughout the term of your lease.
  • Next, schedule to stop or transfer utility services at your current residence to your new residence no sooner than your lease start date. To assist you with this, we recommend our Residents to use 360 Home Connect – a full-service, free of charge, essential home service concierge. 360 Home Connect can help you save money and time by negotiating for the best rates, finding the correct utility providers in your area, and setting up all your connects. From electricity, gas, cable and internet, to even moving service, 360 Home Connect has you covered! Our Residents are automatically enrolled but you may also enroll yourself by visiting 360HomeConnect.com/Blueprint
  • Submit proof of utility service activation to Management at [email protected]
  • Finally, no less than THREE (3) days prior to your move-in date submit payment for the remaining balance on your account through the Resident Portal.
  • Once your balance is paid in full you will receive final move-in instructions that will include access codes to the premises (if the home has a digital lock) or instructions for obtaining keys and if applicable any other access remotes (garage, gate, community, etc.)
